FAQs
-
We hear this question all the time. While there are many great companies and individuals that can get a job done, they may not carry the proper insurance or bonding to complete a job. Additionally, they may not pull permits or have their work inspected. Not every job requires an inspection, but a good rule of thumb is if it involves heavy electric, plumbing, HVAC, or any structural work, it will most likely need an inspection.
-
Yes. We always stay up to date to ensure that we are licensed and bonded for all of the items we will be taking care of on a job site. We make sure that each of our trades that are on a job site are licensed and insured as well.
-
We realize that we will likely not be the cheapest company that you can hire, but we strive to be the best. If you know someone that can perform a scope of work cheaper, we would encourage you to make sure that carry the proper licenses and insurance to perform the job, and make sure that they will communicate regularly. We’ve heard of too many stories where someone claimed that they could perform a job, but later ran off with some or all of the money; and leaving an incomplete site for the owner to fix.
